What is Hibachi?
Hibachi is a grilling technique that enhances the flavor of foods rather than covering them up. The modern, restaurant-style hibachi (often called teppanyaki) is a theatrical cooking experience involving a flat griddle where chefs prepare meats, vegetables and rice in front of guests.
